At the same time it is also our aim that you gain from our co-operation. We hope you develop your knowledge and skills as well as other abilities, which you can benefit from in the future.

Personal Development

SinoScan will support you in personal development as best as we can, and we will pay for relevant education and training. We believe this is also a good investment for SinoScan, and it is our aim to provide interesting challenges to all employees to be able to utilize new abilities within SinoScan. You are expected to use your special expertise inside SinoScan companies wherever it is needed.

It’s it the aim of SinoScan that it must be interesting for you to go to work every day, but we also expect you contribute to make SinoScan a better place to work for you and your colleagues.

Freedom to Innovate

SinoScan is not a company, that strictly controls your activities. SinoScan gives you as much freedom as your work permits. When you are new in the company, or with less knowledge in your working area, you will need more support. However as you grow in your job, you will receive more freedom to control your area, to be creative to improve the business within your working area and to arrange your own work as much as possible. In return for this trust, SinoScan also expects you accept responsibilities. We expect you handle your working area to your best abilities and do what it takes to get the job done in a professional and high quality way. Other SinoScan employees rely on you and we want them to think of you as a reliable colleague, whom they can trust. As a SinoScan employee you will be rewarded for your ability to work to this principle of freedom with responsibility.

Personal Conduct

SinoScan expects you to be open-minded to everybody you meet in conducting your work and that you don’t let personal feelings get in the way of the correct solutions. We do not tolerate any kind of discrimination because of race, sex, religion or origin, and we believe in equal opportunity for all.
We expect you always act as a trustworthy, positive and professional representative for SinoScan when you meet anyone with an interest in SinoScan – particularly customers and suppliers. We do not allow any exchange of gifts or favors with external people or organizations unless it is specifically agreed with the Managing Director of the company you are employed by.

SinoScan believes in the value of open communication and we encourage you to speak open and freely as a person or as a member of a group. Regardless of the situation, you are expected to argue in a reasonable and fair way.


SinoScan wants to offer a good and safe working environment to you both physically and psychologically. If you feel SinoScan is not living up to this statement, it is your obligation to tell us about it. We also expect you report bad working environments when you see it at our suppliers. This can either be informed directly to the supplier and/or to your SinoScan manager. SinoScan maintains a list of attention areas for suppliers, which you are required to be familiar with.

We strongly believe that one of the fundamentals of a successful supply chain partnership is clarity for all parties involved. This is why we have decided to publish our delivery and quality performance track records on a monthly basis.
